Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is the ZOOZ service — a platform for personal trainers and their clients. Hereinafter, the "Service".

2. What data is processed

• User name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Name of the club or training location (if provided)
• Workout data: programs, completed exercises, sets, weights, results
• Trainer's comments and client's notes
• Technical information: registration date, last sign-in date

3. Purposes of processing

• Creating and maintaining a user account
• Ensuring the Service functions: building workout programs, tracking progress
• Interaction between trainer and client within the Service
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud
• Improving the quality of the Service

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secure servers. The Service applies technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are stored in hashed form.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The trainer has access to their clients' data within the Service.

7. Retention period

Data is stored for the entire period of use of the Service, as well as for 3 (three) years after the account is deleted, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to:

• Obtain information about the data being processed
• Request the correction of inaccurate data
• Request the deletion of data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent to processing at any time
• Restrict the processing of data

9. Withdrawal of consent

The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time by deleting their account or sending a request to privacy@pulsecoach.app. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

10. Trainer's consent on behalf of the client

A trainer who adds a client to the Service confirms that the client has reviewed this Consent and has given their written or verbal consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in Section 3. The trainer is responsible for obtaining such consent from the client.
